Hello my name is jammee, and i am here for some of the same or similar reasons that many of you are here for. A mother of five, a wife and full time worker it is hard for me to find a little or anytime to take care of my needs and or my weight loss goals. I am here because i need a place where there are others that understand some of my needs as well as my desires, and to help others with their goals. I am 27 and have been on the heavier side since middle school, this year after having babies and being happily married i have decided that it is time to give to myself, ... A New Leaner, Healthier, and more Confident Me.. Sooo here i go

SO I DECIDED TO POST MY MONTHLY WEIGH IN'S ON MY PAGE.

I figure my goal was to lose 70 to75lbs by September 17th 2009 which mean i would have to lose at least 2.5 lbs a week to make it. I started on Feb 17th and as of today have lost 13 Glorious lbs. So i have 6 months until my goal date for getting to where I want to be at health and weight wise. I figure I lost 13 lbs in one month which i feel is right on target with a healthy weight loss. If I continue to lose at least 10lbs a month for the next 6 months I will be right on target. A HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS TRANSISTION.

My plan is to Continue the program that is working for me right now. Counting calories religiously to make sure I stay on track. eating healthy and having a healthier lifestyle.. and working out monday thru thursday and then on saturday for 60 min Doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. take two 15min/1 mile walks, elliptical machine for 30 minutes, or 30 minutes runs while at work monday thru friday. and continuing my quikfire challenges throught the day to keep the metabolism burning. this plan is working very well for me.

Starting all over with the 30 day shred.
Starting July 11th i started the 30 day shred i will continue to all three levels have been masterd. which pretty much matches up with my 90 days of summer challenge. here we go and 200lbs

My Program:
I HAVE NO PROGRAM. I HAVE LEARNED THAT I NEED TO SWITCH IT UP SO MY BODY DOESNT HIT A PLATEAU AGAIN. THE THINGS I USE FOR CARDIO AND EXCERSISE ARE:
RUNNING 6 LAPS OR 30 MINUTES. ELLIPTICAL MACHINE. BIKE (CYCLING). STABILITY BALL WORKOUT. I USUALLY GET AN HOUR OF CARDIO IN A DAY. ONTHE WEEKENDS 30 MINUTES A DAY ONLY.

Love to dance, I use to teach dance... Singing is my escape... Love my family.. I have the most wonderful husband...
