I've been a Sparker for seven years. Joined Sparks in October '07. I've five children, 40, 30, 27, 25, and 24. (Four boys/one girl) I have four GDs, Grace Olivia (3), Chanel Ava (2), Lily Dona (2) and Chloe' Renee (12 months).

I'm happy for all my Sparker Friends, who have been so wonderful to me and to give Nathan encouragement.
My seventh year goal is to EXERCISE daily now that I turned 65 and in my head I'm still 30.

Update on Nathan's Testicular Cancer: May 2014

Nathan has been doing well since his 4 rounds of chemotherapy. His tests were "clean" so he will have more in January. They will follow him for 10 years.

Hi
Thanks for commenting on my blog. I might have a word with my doc and my dentist about an oral surgeon. That sounds like it might be a better option. Towards the end of the pulling, I was getting really concerned. I'm seeing the doc soon anyway so I shall ask the question. Thank you for mentioning it.

Hi JIBBIE49. Thanks for taking the time to read my blog post. I looked into Doug McGuff on yt. and subscribed to his yt page. My goodness, there's a lot to consume there. I need to add more exercises than just my stationary bike. Looks like Doug has a lot to offer. Thank you and bless you for your encouragement.
