If you are looking for a team to keep yourself accountable, think about the Fall 5% Challenge team. You join the main team, then sign up for a smaller team to be on. Each day, you track your exercise, sleep, water or whatever the extra items are. You know how I am ... get back to goal then gain about 40 pounds ... well, I'm back losing those pounds and the 5% challenge team really has motivated me.
