Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Mom of 3 grown sons. Also Have a Beautiful DIL and an adorable Grandson and Granddaughter. Due to health reasons I had to retire from my job a couple of years ago. Getting strong and healthy is my main goal right now. I'm not very mobile due to a broken bone in my spine, arthritis and bad knees. I either use a cane or walker to get around. I need/want to lose about 120 #s (I'm 5'8"). I have to do chair exercises as can't stand for too long due to my weak ...
Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Mom of 3 grown sons. Also Have a Beautiful DIL and an adorable Grandson and Granddaughter. Due to health reasons I had to retire from my job a couple of years ago. Getting strong and healthy is my main goal right now. I'm not very mobile due to a broken bone in my spine, arthritis and bad knees. I either use a cane or walker to get around. I'm trying to get my life back on track and stop emotional eating and use portion control. I want to be healthy again and know with SP, friends and family--and God's help it is doable. I really love all the encouragement, knowledge and motivation SP gives me. I still want to travel and be able to walk well and believe it's possible with a weight loss from eating healthy and exercising 15 minutes or more a day. I want to see my grandchildren grow up . . .

My name is Jill and I have lived in Southern California all my life. I have 3 grown sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law and two very cute young Grandchildren. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

I like to envision myself 100#s lighter and a more healthy me. I do try to think positive and not sweat the small stuff.

Oh my gosh, you said, ". I tend to fall asleep around 9-10 pm but since I'm older for some darn reason more often than not I wake up somewhere between 2-3:30 am then stay up a few hours until I feel really tired and then go back to bed to sleep another 2 -3 hours."

I DO THIS ALL THE TIME...I find only one thing that helps and it depends on if I am tired. If I go to bed early like 8/9PM (if I can), then I sleep for about 5 hours before getting up; that is, unless my son wakes me up rattling around in the kitchen! Sometimes I can go back to sleep, but many other times, I am up for a few hours and then go back to sleep again before going to work later.

Ugh....must be our DNA!

When you do each day, you post on the individual day. You can also post on the Chat space too. But the individual days are we we can find you.

How to get there? You have two choices:

1) go to this link and scroll down to DAY 1, click on the url and post; same with Day 2, Day 3, etc.

OR

2) go to the main page and you will see 5 Forums in Bold. The one that says "THE 100 DAYS LESSONS Forum" is the one you want. Under that, Choose "Links to 100 Days Individual Threads". After clicking on it, start scrolling down to the Day you want. For some reason, the first days are near the bottom. Click on the URL and post.
