Thank you so much for leaving a comment on my blog. You are so right, tracking food makes you realize how many calories you are eating. This is the reason why this week I noticed and paid attention to what I was eating. I know some of the food I did not track, because I was so shock how many much calories I was consuming, but next week I will do a better job. You are so right about losing weight and how much it sucks. But if I want it, I need to do something about it. Thanks and stop by anytime by my page.

You asked how I was able to achieve my goals. Of course, we are all skeptical when trying out new things of this nature and so very different from one another - the 1st couple of weeks I dipped my feet in slowly, just changing a couple of things. I started experiencing changes w/in myself that 1st couple of weeks and being that I'm very mind driven - I then jumped right into it.
My best advise is to try keep w/in the ranges that SP sets for you. Definately drink plenty of water (giving up the Soda was the best thing I did). Keep track of your measurements as well as weighing (For me, I noticed when the scale didn't move, usually the measurements were & it was just a gratifying). Remember, that every little step you take can lead to a big change (whether it's the weight itself or just becoming healthier).
