short term goals: *limit dairy, alcohol, fried food, sugar, white flour *stick to a limit of 1400 calories a day *foam roll after every run *strength train three times a week
long term goals: *lose 40 pounds *work out six times a week *eat more fruits and veggies *feel great about myself!!
I will shoot for 1200-1400 calories a day, probably with a cheat meal once every week or two. It's kind of controversial but I totally think it works to keep my metabolism up. Or maybe it just works to keep me from losing my mind. I will also shoot for six days of exercise per week, but this is something I need to work up to.
