170 lbs: dvds of a season of a show I don't have yet (Lost/The Office)
160 lbs: new bathing suit and a cruise

My Program:
Workout 7x a week, at least 3-4 times at the gym
Eat healthier and 1400-1800 calories daily
Cutting out cigarettes, less alcohol
