2013...Get it done!
Before I begin the goals of 2013, I must stop and look back at 2012. So much has changed in the last 12 months. Last December 2011, I weighed in at 262.9. Now I weigh 212.8 down just slightly over 50 pounds. I didn't really start making real changes until July. I have gone down 2.5 sizes. The biggest change I feel, not see. I feel it when I am working out. That place you reach when you are pushing, and you break through to a new level. Like only being able to do 3 minutes on the ...
Before I begin the goals of 2013, I must stop and look back at 2012. So much has changed in the last 12 months. Last December 2011, I weighed in at 262.9. Now I weigh 212.8 down just slightly over 50 pounds. I didn't really start making real changes until July. I have gone down 2.5 sizes. The biggest change I feel, not see. I feel it when I am working out. That place you reach when you are pushing, and you break through to a new level. Like only being able to do 3 minutes on the elliptical trainer in July, to 23 minutes now. My goal is to be at 45 minutes in December 2013. My goal weight for December 30, 2013 is 134.8. That is a 1.5 pound loss per week. Seventy-eight pounds. The way to get there is track all food, track all exercise and enjoy each day along the way. I want to introduce different physical activities. I have recently added cycling to my swimming, walking, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and strength training. I want to add inline skating , kayaking and hiking. I will be encouraging my DH, children, sisters, parents and friends to join me. Nutrition wise, I want to cook more large batch and prepare my lunches rather than rely on Lean cuisines so I can have better control of my nutrients. I am going to take 12 full body pictures of my self to continue to track my progress.

My Goals:
To continue to see the scale and my clothing size go down. I want to be in a size 14 by the end of 2013.
My Program:
I am tracking and making healthy choices. Exercising 5+ days a week I started using our employee fitness room and spend time with the free weights, weight machines, treadmill, bike and elliptical trainer. Swimming at home or YMCA.
Personal Information:
I have lived in SC for all of my adult life. I have been married for 24 years to Bill. I have 3 wonderful children that bring me so much joy. We have a cat family, Mutt, Suki, Frido, Abigail, KitKat, and Toby. No More please. And if you are interested in adopting one......
