My Goals:
==To regain as much of my health as possible so I can enjoy life more. ==To be able to keep up with my family and friends and take on laborious diy projects. ==To body-surf again.
My Program:
==Be completely aware of everything I put in my mouth and why. == Track everything I eat and analyze it at the end of the day. ==Exercise every day, regularly increasing the amount or intensity ==Drink eight cups of water daily, especially before deciding to snack. == Avoid candy, pastries, cake, ice cream, and sodas. ==Eat at least five veggies or fruit daily keeping it handy for snacking. == Rid home of unhealthy foods and stock healthy ones. == Cook healthier--eating less meat, baking or grilling instead of frying, etc. == Maintain a presence on Spark for mutual support. == Monitor weight loss to measure success and adjust plan as needed.
Personal Information:
I am a 60 year-old Southern Californian, retired, happily married, food-loving man seriously needing to change his eating lifestyle, after a heart attack caused primarily by obesity--who likes to write long sentences.
