I heard that you are joining our little workout challenge this month!! So glad to hear it! Not that Emily and I do anything special for motivation, but maybe we should. I'm open if you have any ideas to keep the energy up all through the month!! And I'm already excited to go ice skating (the losers of this month pay for the winner)

It does become a habit and you will succeed. This is a GREAT site and best of all it's FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight and you are motivating soooo many which is the BEST FEELING EVER!!

Ah sage advice.... yes, take your time getting familiar with all the features. Sometimes even just seeing how many calories you REALLY eat in a day is overwhelming enough. lol
