My Goals:
To get my edge back. :D For me, that's daily training in martial arts and endurance sports, consistent improvement, and constant competition. Markers of that are: being able to run a half-marathon, getting down to and maintaining 135lbs, and continuing to make rank in martial arts.

My Program:
Starting days with beach running followed by doing Tough Mudder routine on the sand 3x week, alternating with days of other cardio followed by martial arts training. Class itself 2-3x/wk. And Tribal Bellydance/Yoga DVDs when I can fit them in. :D

Personal Information:
My goal is to have this be the year it all comes together.

Other Information:
I'm actually a bookworm. Don't tell anyone. :D
