Hi thank you for stopping by my page and leaving a comment. I am doing really good! I have become very involved in my church. I teach Sunday school and lead an activity group. I am not on here much except to track my exercise and food.
My advice for you is to track everything that you eat and exercise for at least 30 minutes three to four times a week, and add strength training if you don't do it already. I was very sick for 1.5 years. During part of that time I gained about 10 pounds and I already needed to lose weight. When I began to begin to get better and started to exercise and eat better and I lose 45 pounds and have kept it off for 8 months. This picture (my user picture was take this past summer.
