Ya sometimes keeping it out of sight is perfect and other times I just want more no matter if I can see them or not!!! LOL Those times I try to promise myself (and keep my promise) to have them often like at least once a day and if I can fit them into my goals twice but I have to make sure I really savor every bite too. That sometimes helps me not give into the prompts to get more constantly but if even that doesn't help then they either need to go somehow or once they are gone they need to not be in the house for a bit!!! LOL

The candied almonds you know the kind with the cinnamon coating roasted on them, are one of those things for me too...so good! LOL There are lots of things that are like that actually!!! HAHAHAHA But I figure doing that helps build trust in myself and build self-control because cravings are like a fact of life!!! LOL Building our experience of coping skills! LOL
