I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. I have named my blog "Spoiler' to warn readers the content is VERY religious. I am also, unapologetically LDS. That is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints church, sometimes known as the "Mormons". I do not push my beliefs on others, thus my spoiler warning. I respect the right of others to believe what they will and claim that right for myself. If anyone finds my posts offensive, please give me the same right I give you, to believe however you wish, but please do not comment negatively or try to discourage me or others.
I made this entry because of negative comments abd at the request of a Sparker to explain my "Spoiler" label on my blog entries. I am MORE than happy to DISCUSS my beliefs with anyone.
Yes, In the beginning, I walked about 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a day 6 days a week. I have reached that goal (although, it is still a struggle) and now I do water exercise for about an hour at least 3 times a week. (We have moved to an area with a therapeutic pool and our finances now allow it.) I still walk indoors every chance I get and when the weather cooperates I will get back on a routine walking schedule outside... We used to live in an apartment building where I could walk the LONG halls indoors, out of the weather. Now that is not available. Routine is my key. 371 days ago
