Everyday is a day to learn and grow

Fitness for me is a way of life. I have always loved to workout and I used to enjoy watching my body change. I like the look of muscle on a body. I guess you can say I did it for vanity purposes. Now as I get older, I feel I'm doing it for health purposes. I know I just feel better when I get my workouts in and I know I'm healthier because of it.

Actually I love to eat healthy, but I do love to eat little treats that are not so healthy and indulging in those too much makes me pack on those extra pounds that make me feel goopy and my clothes too tight!! So, it seems I'm always wanting to drop a few pounds!!

Spark people always helps me get back on track and gets me where I want to be! I think just logging in everything that goes in my mouth really helps.

So here I go again in this new year trying to get down to 125. Thats the number that makes me feel good!

OMgosh, Joni!! That beach wallpaper is GORGEOUS! Makes me yearn for summer... :)

WOO HOOO!! Keith's music always makes me move a little faster and push a little harder. Not sure what it is, but "Days Go By" makes me think so much. I never waste my time when I hear that song. Glad you find it inspiring, too!!
