My dear sister indeed :)

It was so good to see your comment on my blog. I'd wondered how you've been and what you've been up to. Every time I see a garden full of LOTS of flowers--of any kind--I think of you :)

I do like WW. The program seems to have a lot going for it. It even has optional extra points to use per week so that when you do go over your allotment of points, there isn't any feeling of guilt for "cheating". I think that's a tremendous shot in the arm, because I know many diets are derailed by feelings of guilt.

Glad to know you're doing this with me.
