My Goals:
I want to get back down to 10st 7lbs (Overall goal). Have a nice toned body. I hit my target of 10st 7lbs, then stopped Spark as i was content and now gone back up.

My Program:
I am currently trying to get myself back to excercising, i am really motivated about getting back to my 10st 7lbs target so planning a regiume for after work excercise.

Personal Information:
I have a lovely 3 bedroomed house with 3 cats and 4rabbits. I work full time in Purchasing and part time in a bar.

I have buddies from the week I joined SP, that I got to know in my SPARK CLASS. I also have buddies from several teams. So, my best suggestion is to be active on some of your teams.

I have always chosen pretty healthy foods. The nutrition tracker helped me realize how much I was actually eating. By cutting my calories about 250 / day from what I was eating, I have been able to lose weight. I have found that increasing my exercise has been the most important factor for me. The exercise has been key in getting my cholesterol under control. Even if I eat 500-600 fewer calories from what I used to, I don't seem to lose weight. The smaller decrease combined with exercise has been a winner for me.
