Trying to figure it out ....

I am 48 years old. Married to a wonderful man for 22+ years. Our 2nd second has just graduated from high school. In August both sons will be off to college and we will be empty nesters. For the past 20 years I have focused on being a mom and wife. Other than work I have done everything with my husband and sons. Very nervous and scared about this fall. My plan is to take a year and focus on me getting healthy. Need to lose 50 pounds and figure out what to do with me in this next phase of ...

Through the years I have tried many times to lose weight and have continued to gain .... really want to be successful this time.
