Consistency!! What a concept!

I woke up one day and realized I was a fat, lazy piece of crap and it wasn't that my clothes were shrinking, it was that my body was growing! I'm only 5 feet tall so every lb matters...a gain of just a few lbs can mean a few jeans sizes to me! 140 did not like me. I've been using spark for a while now, and I know what works(I managaed to get down to 115-but have gained some back!). It's sticking with it that's challenging for me, especially when everything else in my life is pell-mell! ...

I'd like to feel comfortable in my clothes...not feel insecure when I sit and my belly rolls up.

I need help setting more precise, achievable goals.

I enjoy a good run, some 30 day shred, and P90x.

I am working on portion control and getting the most out of the food I eat.

Thank you for the sparkgoodie!

The challenge is a 2 different ones I am doing -- I am in a CLOSED group on FB with a few different girls that I know -- I think we are up to 30 in there now that post or just watch us post and comment once and a while. So there is 3-4 of us doing the challenge. Day 8 was rest and day 9 I did yesterday. Today will be day 10.

It is helping me out. Making me hold my own self accountable to do the workouts.. I wrote them down 1 week in advance so I see them daily. I was doing the treadmill with them and adding in jumping jacks and then doing a punching bag routine... but I haven't done that since day 6. So I will be adding those back in tonight.

What does your challenge consist of?
