1. Get down to 140, and stay within a 5-10lb range for good. 2. To be able to run a mile without being worn out. 3. To eat healthy and not go on crazy binges. 4. Lose my first 35lbs by september 1st.
I'm aiming for some kind of exercise everyday. A minute of 20mins when I cant get to the gym. I'm also working on a calorie intake of 1400-1800 a day.
I'm Jordan! I currently live in Kansas City, Missouri in my 2nd year of college. In the fall I'm being moving to Florida for a 6 month internship working at Disney world. My plan is to lose my first 35lbs by the time I move to Florida and work on the other 35lbs while in there. It'll be great to surpise everyone in January with a different body!
