My goal is to be in my appropriate weight range - and lower my body fat percentage. I want to be more physically fit - increase my flexibility and energy level.
I am eating lowcarb with carbs under 50 grams. Calories range between 1,100 and 1,300. Trying to hold fat between 30 to 40 percent of food intake and at least 100 grams of protein. Trying to include some low impact exercise.
Love to take day trips and just enjoy life.
My favorite oldtime movies are To Kill A Mockingbird and Night of the Hunter.
I love the BBC series Midsomer Murders and New Tricks.

Honey, yes we do have snow lower down in the North Island and in the South island. I live up in the top half of the North so we do not. A very occasional frost in some low lying parts. It's just coming into summer now though, so blue skies and warm sunshine.
T for time to be together, turkey, talk and autumn weather. H for harvest stored away, home and hearth and holiday. A for autumn’s frosty art and abundance in the heart. N for neighbors and November, nice things, new things to remember. K for kitchen, kettle’s croon, kith and kin expected soon. S for sizzles, sights and sounds, something special that abounds.
