Life Dairy Free

After a few years of feeling sick, a year nad a half ago, I decided to seek assistance a couple different ways. The first was to go to my doctor, the second was to seek stress management counseling. After completing with that, I next began meeting with a dietician. All were great help, but I think the dietician brought great peace of mind. With her help, we figured out that I am I am lactose intolerant. This past year my health and physical well being has been a gradual improving and I have now lost the weight i'd gained when I was sick. Now the challenge is dealing with cravings for foods that have dairy in it. Like mac-n-cheese and cheesecake. I have never been one to crave these things. I don't even like milk! But now that I can't have them its hard. So, now this is my life.

Maintain weightloss.

My Program:
Exercise 3 times a week. I do 40 - 45 min of cardio, 20 min of weights followed by 25 min for abs and stretching. Eating 1500-17000 calories of day, spread out into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks.
