Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go.
The Challenge runs for 8 weeks. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges.

I was glad to get your comment on my page. I read your blog and feel your pain. I lost around 60 pounds, with even more to lose. I maintained my weight loss for several years, then gained 20 pounds back because I stopped logging my food. I am 8 pounds from where I was last year.
My last goal was to eat five fruits and vegetables every day. Although eating the fruits and vegetables is not a strong habit yet, I am doing much better.
This week my goal is to increase my physical activity. I rarely miss pilates on Friday. My goal is to add weight training two days this week.
