When does your friend get to the VI, and do they need a car, furniture, etc? Someone to meet and get some info? And do they have a job lined up? You can give them my # - and if they need a car, I'm selling the Yaris, but would like to hold on to him til the end of the month.

Thanks for your reply on my blog! You are so right (of course :) It was the water weight - my original weigh in was before going to sleep and the update was first thing in the morning. Actually, if I pay attention, my scales will tell me the fat pounds and %, but only auto logs the %. Its ok, I do like math...but as long as something is going the right direction, I'll be ok :)

Huge congrats for being so close to your goal! I am a newbie and appreciate so much that you read and commented on my brand new blog. I love to exercise and, unfortunately, love to eat just as much! I do not plan to give up either; just tweak the amount and quality.
