Before I have babies!

Here's where I started in January 2012:
I've been working hard for the last few years to change the direction of my career. While I have made great strides professionally, I have lost control of my weight and habits. It's time for me to make improvements physically.

Update January 2014:
I'm down 79.2 lbs. I broke my foot around Thanksgiving, but it's getting better. I will be able to start higher impact exercising again soon. I walked a 5k yesterday morning, so I ...

Update January 2014:
I'm down 79.2 lbs. I broke my foot around Thanksgiving, but it's getting better. I will be able to start higher impact exercising again soon. I walked a 5k yesterday morning, so I hope to be back on the old routines soon.

Update March 2016:
So life has gone pretty well lately - I met a wonderful man late in 2013 and we're getting married this fall! This is all fantastic, but I've lost track of my health and gained 50 lbs over the past 2.5 years.. I stopped focusing on planning meals and now we eat out ALL THE TIME. Also - I haven't been exercising - which is even worse. I need to get my focus back and re-establish my good habits... I know how to get there. I need to commit.
