Round 2-Doing it even better

I lost 40 pounds 3 years ago and it has slowly crept back up on me. I have a thyroid disease which makes it more challenging. I hate to run, but love to lift and am looking for other cardio activities that are more exciting!

No more editing this to fix it due to slacking!

GOAL: 170 by the end of August.
GOAL: 3 months devoted to clean eating 90% of the time.
GOAL: Improve my 5k time to 30 minutes.
GOAL: Increase my bench and squat weight.

My Program:
Trying to avoid all of the junk food my skinny boyfriend eats! Eating healthier, less quantity and more natural. Lifting a lot and trying to slowly get myself into running and biking again.
Beginning half marathon training for the Indy Mini in May (it'll be my third time).

From Wisconsin, currently in Illinois where I am much more at home during NFL season since I'm a Bears fan! Certified PE teacher and a former collegiate diver.

I'm still here!!!!! I've been plugging along, trying to kill the last 10-15 pounds. I'm actually pretty happy where I'm at and just want to decrease bf% and get more muscle definition. I'm sure you will rock it since you have the time. I know what you mean about significant other's getting in the way with food. Mine does all the time, but he's finally gaining so I secretly laugh because now he wants to watch what he eats and work out...silly men.

Thanks so much! Yeah I'm finally starting to see the difference myself which is great! I'm hoping for another 40-50lbs by next year, but honestly I'll go to wherever I am happy! You can do it!
