My Goals:
1) Quit Smoking
2) Get back to feeling comfortable in my body
3) Be more organized

Mainly I just want to drop the bad/lazy habits I picked up since meeting my husband. (you just kinda let yourself go, ya know?)

My Program:
I just downloaded a stop smoking app (again). I like to turbo jam and haven't done that in a long time, so I am going to start that in a week. I don't want to have any unrealistic expectations for myself. So, starting small.

Personal Information:
30-ish (I've had lots of 29th birthdays), recently married. Have two boys and a bonus daughter. I am one of the "I like the outdoors in the sense that I like to sit on a patio and drink wine". So not a real fitness buff, but like the way exercising makes me feel.

Hi; hope you are having a successful evening. My recipe for success tonight is not to have any more snacks today. If I feel like I want something I will have water or a piece of sugarless gum or both.
