Hi; hope you are having a successful evening. My recipe for success tonight is not to have any more snacks today. If I feel like I want something I will have water or a piece of sugarless gum or both.

Good morning! I hope you enjoyed the kids birthday party! We're having a birthday party tonight ourselves, but our kid turned 91 today! :-) Nana is amazing!

I've got a lot of exercise outside the norm planned this week myself, as my hubby, daughter and I are moving over the coming weekend. That's packing, carrying boxes, lifting furniture that is outside my normal activity, which means EXERCISE!!!
