My Goals:
Goal 1 is to make sure I drink the water I should.
Goal 2 stay within my calorie range.
Goal 3 is to start out slowly with exercise because of knee problems.
My Program:
Keeping track of what I eat and on the water,
and am doing some exercising

I like reading most books, on the christen side.
I like most of the older movies and musicals
