Another Fitness Adventure, trying it a little different this time.

I'm a mother of 2 awesome boys. I have started and stopped a LOT of fitness programs, however, for the past 4 weeks have actually been able to stick with it! That's very impressive for me. Hopefully I'll be able to keep it up this time around!

Wondering how week 2 is going for you...week 5 has been a challenge for me. I also started running outside.

Good afternoon. Running has been going well. I jumped into week 5 because week 4 has been exactly what I have been doing before I started with the program. I needed a challenge. I completed day 1 and today I did day 2 which was difficult but I got it done.
How has week 2 been for you? What day are you on?

Keep the momentum going! I know you can do it!! emoticon

Last night I looked at the outline of the different weeks and I believe that I fall into week 4. I use the treadmill by warming up, run for 6-8 mins, slow down the pace to a fast walk for 3-5 mins and then begin the run again. My total time is 30 mins at which time I slow the pace down gradually for 3-5 mins.
Even though we are starting at different weeks it will be fun to motivate each other since we are both new to the program.
Congratulations on completing week one!!

~Michelle
