For the Health of it

I am still doing this for the health of it. I have been back with spark people actively for a few months now. I am losing slowly, and I am ok with that. I don't weigh daily or weekly, I weight about once a month. I am focusing more on getting healthy. Measuring my fitness level, and overall well being.

I am still doing this for the health of it. I have been back with spark people actively for a few months now. I am losing slowly, and I am ok with that. I don't weigh daily or weekly, I weight about once a month. I am focusing more on getting healthy. Measuring my fitness level, and overall well being.

Since being back I have tried tracking food most of the time. I should be more serious about it, because it does help. When I do track, am usually within my range. I stay more aware of what I prepare or order when we eat out. I try to make healthy choices. It has made a big difference in how I feel later.

I have also joined a gym. I only go three days a week. I try to get the most out of the days and time that I am there. I feel stronger, and more flexible. The cardio classes are getting easier. I am still having trouble keeping up with parts of the step class when they do multiple moves at a time. But, I am I getting there, I will get it. The other class I really like is slower paced but more intense. All body weight no equipment.

I feel pretty good about how I am doing over all.
