Wanting 2 B healthy

After 30 plus years God blessed us with the opportunity to buy a home in North Carolina. We still have our home in Iowa, but now I don't have to live thru Iowa winters.
I am so happy when I have a shell in my pocket and sand in my toes.

If I can't wear flip flops, I'm not going.

Peace, love and flip flops to all who read this.

Ahhh, no ocean or beach in Reno unless California gets the big one..lol...I really miss that, but can always go and spend a month every year with my daughter who lives in Southern California, close to the beach.

Hope your back get well fast so you can go out and walk bare footed in the sand, feel the ocean spray on your face and enjoy all the wonderful ocean smells.

Congratulations to Bella on her job and her boards! That is wonderful.
I can tell you one thing, this is not the way I wanted to loose weight but I am now wearing clothes that I couldn't zip a couple of weeks ago. have to make myself eat so that I can take the prednisone. till not good but got a few errands run then came home and layed dodwn for an hour. have to get over this stuff so that I can take my trip next week! how is the weather there? I have been in one place and gone from summer to spring to fall and today it feels like winter again! Coastal Virginia for ya!

Those blueberries look delicious! Thanks so much. I have eaten almost nothing this week except for bad for me stuff because that was all that tasted anything like it should. But, I haven't eaten much of that either. I worked saturday night and will work again this weekend but feeling better already. One dose of 3 prednizone and 2 caplets from the z pack have me doing better. This is the first time I have erun a fever though; so, sleep has avoided me even though my cough syrup has oxycodone in it. Thanks again for the blueberries, right off your bushes I will bet!
