So nice of you Joann to comment on my post....can I say it? I can't wait until I can say....oh I need to lose ten pounds....pure jealously in motion!!! Did you see the salad study? Eating a low-cal salad, you eat 14% (close) less calories than if you eat a small calorie dense salad (you eat more at dinner?!!) Break out the carrots, celery, radishes, low cal dressing, etc. Yep. Read it on SP.
