I am here to finally become the healthy person I deserve to be. I am dedicated to making the right choices so I can enjoy my life. I quit smoking two weeks ago and I am now able to work out once again. So I am starting to replace that bad habit with a good one.

My Goals:
I want to get healthy plain and simple. I have always struggled with my weight and I am tired of losing the battle. I am 28 years old and I should be enjoying life, not sitting on the couch. I have never let anything stop me from reaching my goals... so why is this different?? Truth is, it's not. I AM going to do this.

Trying to eat healthy foods like fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean proteins while staying within my calorie limits. Also I am going to try to workout every day in some way or another.

I was wondering what you may be up to, I missed you lady!
I just came back to Sparkpeople, I was gone for about a year. I started a new job and moved out so things got really crazy but that's not excuse anymore. I want to finally reach my goal weight and feel good!
