Getting frustrated...Lacking motivation!

I'm pretty tired of losing and gaining the same 1o pounds! Anyone else have that issue? I'm not sure if I need motivation or commitment or what, but I'm tired of the excuses. I just bought a new bikini and I'm dying to kick ass wearing it this summer!!!

My Goals:
My current goal is to get to 140's, then maybe 130's?!?!?!

My Program:
I'm all about CROSSFIT! I haven't done one day of anything else since I had the baby. I am in and out of the gym in 30 minutes and I've lost 50 pounds!!! Who would've thought I could do that??? Certainly not me!

I live outside Boston, MA with my hubby, 14 year old son and 2 year old daughter.

do you ahve any weight loss tips for college students on the meal plan and living in the dorms? i just have a mini fridge and a microwave. :( the meal plan is all fast food. No grilled chicken, veggies, or fish.
