Looking to Lose!

Starting over AGAIN! After two major surgeries, a back injury, and too many illnesses to mention, I am back on SparkPeople! During the two years I was gone, I managed to regain all of the weight I had lost, plus 10 pounds! But, you're never defeated until you give up and I refuse to give up. I am back on Spark and back on my weight loss journey!

Take good care of yourself. I am glad you are calling your docs ... it's a good idea to check in and make sure there are no real issues going on ... you know what I mean.

Take it one meal at a time. Get back on track ... that will help immensely!!!!!
