My Goals:
My goals are probably no different than anyone elses: I want to be healthy and fit. But the reality is twofold. My husband and I have a deal - 40 years together. So I need get my health back to be here with Joe. And - I want to rock a bikini!

My Program:
My program is the tried and true method - calories in/calories out. To achieve my goal, I need at least a 2500 calorie deficit per week. Not as hard as it sounds.

Personal Information:
I live on a farm in Oregon. We are on 10 acres and it needs A LOT of work! We are moving towards total self sufficiency.

I went back to school full time, and got a part time position at the Community College in our town. Love it! Wish it was full time. Hope all is well.

Wanted to let you know you inspired me to think about where I was walking (or not walking). I have been being really bad about exercise due to having issues walking my usual route (down a very busy road). We have fire acres of basically field grass and weeds! I realized I could walk the perimeter without having to deal with the cars and school buses and would "get it done" while still enjoying some "me time" and some "out in nature" time that I crave. Tomorrow wet feet or not I am walking the field...gonna see how far around it is and get back up to my 3 miles a day. Thank you for the inspiration!

So cool to see your message!!! I have been awol on the page. Using the food tracker and fitness tracker.
Dusty and I are doing ok. I'm happy with my weight and managed well during the holidays. The scale and tracker are my best tools. I'm staying to the 1300-1500 cal range and it has been pretty quick losing 25lbs. I have to deny myself the sweets I like to eat. Once in awhile I will just have a free day and usually end up sick to the stomach anyway!
Life has been in session. Just going back to school to update my skills at the computer learn different operating systems including Mac. I get anxious and worry about my age and competition. But, I also have faith. I'm really enjoying the work I'm doing. Might be out of education for awhile so giving up that fight. I feel pretty confident out there in regards to how I communicate, dress and behave! Geeze, at least I have professionalism lol. Made up word!
I have to admit. I have missed your company and checking in :) really glad to hear from you! all the best to the hubby! I will check back sooner. Hope to hear more from you:) emoticon
