Adventures in Semi-Retirement

I have been on SP for about 7 years I think. In that time I lost 20 pounds, maintained it for two years and then gained five pounds per year. Mostly because I went inactive on SparkPeople and fairly inactive in my life. A recent diagnosis of pre diabetes has sent me back to the place where I was initially successful. To do it again. 1) Exercise at least 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week, as well as walk sufficient steps to total 10,000.
2) Follow healthy eating plan, counting and recording calories, daily. Stick with pre-diabetes plan.
