I have to get any exercise I do okayed by my doctor and he is not eager to let me do much. He would say no I'm sure. He says walking is enough for me and for almost everyone for that matter and if I want more I can do - i can't think what it's called but it's the adult group pool exercise thing. I would have to drive 25 miles to do that!!! I would do it if it were closer but that is a lot of time and gas. I wanted something I can do here. I'm not allowed to do strength training. He says my muscles are bigger than his, and to be honest, he's right. The dude is scrawny. He is right though, I need cardio.
