Thanks for stopping by. Were I younger and smarter, it would have been a lot easier doing this 15 years ago. But better late than never. Hopefully, by September all the pieces will be in place.

Thanks for your support.

Best,

Nu

This is a note about a "movie suggestion" for you and Joan. Recently my husband and I saw "Little Boy" at our local theatre, and we both thought it was a wonderful film. It is about an 8yr old who has intense love for his father-- during wartime era. It is about powerful emotion, and about powerful faith. (Not really for small children, however.) Oh, and Joan might need some tissues-- I did.

emoticon John! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!

emoticon A = Add variety to nutrition plan, fitness activities and inner well-being goals!
emoticon L = Live life embracing healthy choices, positive changes and personal growth!
emoticon S = Strive to exceed daily with a combined mind-body-soul balance!
