There's always some event involving food isn't there? Some friends and I are going to lunch tomorrow to celebrate the last day of summer school. Just tried out my new rowing machine. Fun, but I'll have to work up to longer workouts.

You just need to be yourself and not worry when you can't be the perfect man you would like to be. There is no perfect man. No one expects you to be. You haven't let us down nor yourself down. You put too much pressure on yourself. We like you and accept you the way you are. You may not be able to write the book on amazing weight loss but everyone knows that you are a genuinely nice guy. To me, being a good man beats being a thin man. I'm sure everyone else would agree.
