I had a bad week with business travel, fnd it impossible to stay on the program, could not track, had no real access to healthy food during the day...had to go about ten hours without food, no chance for a good breakfast......so i took a week off and am not stressing about it...will get back on the wagon tomorrow. 859 days ago

Hi Jo, I am a maintainer and I have also joined the 5% Winter Challenge. I am hoping to lose a little more than my goal weight of 125. I weigh a pound less but need to keep away from the sweets. My son made cupcakes this week. I am tempted and have eaten a couple. I vow to do better. I will drink my water, eat my fruit, and eat healthy meals.
