Jo's New Healthy Life
I am 67 years of age. I had the Gastric By-pass in May 2013. I've lost 105 lbs and I feel wonderful. No more depression, diabetes, blood pressure or high lipids medicines to take. I am free to start living my new life. I intend to utilize the Spark People site to support this life style change.
