Perfect is the enemy of the good. Black-and-white approaches never worked all that well for me either. I'm focusing on getting through my CSA produce every week and trying to avoid buying chocolate at the grocery store :)
Lifting is...going. My plans for two or three powerlifting meets this year have been derailed by work stuff...I have one (hopefully two because the second is in Japan!) conferences that coincide with the meets. It's sort of a bummer, but finishing up the PhD is my main focus right now. I've slacked off the past week since I was traveling a lot and just gave blood, but I'll get back into it Tuesday. Not sure I'll go ahead with powerlifting since I don't have a competition planned, I might go back to Oly.
triple digits are SO CLOSE! just be consistent with your lifting, make sure you eat enough (haha i say that like it's easy) and get reeeeal friendly with your lacrosse ball :) 946 days ago
