Time to finally do this.

I'm 25 and my weight has been yo-yoing for the past 10 years. I would lose the weight a few years and then gain it all back and then some then lose the weight for a year and gain it back, so on and so forth. When I first wanted to lose weight I was 15 and about 160 lbs, ironically that is my goal weight now. I've made my way up to 210 lbs. On my own it took me 4 months to lose 4 lbs. I needed a kick in the butt so I joined spark people!
