149 or Bust ... 1 Pound at a Time

I have been on a roller coaster with my weight my whole life. Gain-Lose-Gain-Lose ... Repeat. On 1/1/14 I was at my highest weight ever (210). Very depressing and negatively impacting my life in many ways. I have been on Spark before, lost weight, but gained it back (and more). My goal is reach and maintain 149 or less.
