149 or Bust ... 1 Pound at a Time

Fast forward to today, 8/17/15, I weigh 156.4 and what started as a 61 pound journey that seemed unattainable when I stood on the scale on 1/1/14 and saw 210 pounds has now become a success story and I am 7.4 pounds from 149. My weight no longer impacts my physical health and my self esteem ... My hips and back no longer hurt, unless it's my muscles hurting from a run or a hike. I'm looking forward to losing that 7.4 pounds and being in the 140's but losing 7.4 pounds is really no different than losing 61 pounds. It still takes focus and diligence. It still takes saying "no" to foods that you might really want. And you still have to lost it one pound at a time. And it is attainable!
