It's time for changes

I was always in weight swings.. Up and down.. Up and dow.. Up up up up.... Then scales reached 83 kg, i decided enough is enough!!! I started count calories and exercising, not tomorow, not next week, but NOW.. Maybe if i do it in public here, in SparkPage, i will be more motivated not to give up again..

My Goals:
My official goal in SP is to weight 65kg again. But most important for me is not to reach exact number, but to be fit and healthy. Of course smaller dress size is an advantage too.. :)

My Program:
I'm using SP calorie counter to track how much i eat. I try to cook healther food, reduced sweet (no sweets before 3pm). As I "soon" will join gym, decided to start my own gym at home. Now searching for the best exercise plan for me, but i'm trying to mix everything.

Personal Information:
I live in Kent with my cat JJ :)

Other Information:
I like reading books, gardening and not so good for me - cooking. Invented my own hobby - walking sea miles. It's going from one town to other by seaside. I wish i could walk around all GB. Maybe, one day :)
