Tracking food, water, and fitness. I know from past experience tracking works. Sharing SparkPeople with my friends and coworkers.
I am married to my best friend and have two grown boys and a precious daughter-in-law. My husband and I attend First Baptist Church. I love the Lord and my church. I work full time as a Insurance and Billing Clerk at a local Physician's office and I have a commercial cleaning business that I do in the evenings and weekends. I live in Oklahoma.
I enjoy anything to do with the computer, sewing, reading, DIY house remodling, and anything I can do with my family.
"Direct yourself, consistently and persistently, toward the places, situations, experiences, people and results that you wish to have in your life. You have more than enough energy, opportunities and ability, when focused in a specific direction, to achieve whatever you choose. So choose to choose. Decide how your life will be, this hour, this day, this year, this century, and live the true richness of making it happen." -- Ralph Marston

“Dont ever be impressed with goal setting; be impressed with goal getting. Reaching new goals and moving to a higher level of performance always requires change, and change feels awkward. But take comfort in the knowledge that if a change doesn't feel uncomfortable, then it's propably not really a change.” -John C. Maxwell

“Although time seems to fly, it never travels faster than one day at a time. Each day is a new opportunity to live your life to the fullest. In each waking day, you will find scores of blessings and opportunities for positive change. Do not let your TODAY be stolen by the unchangeable past or the indefinite future! Today is a new day!” -Steve Maraboli
