I have tried losing weight so many times that I have lost count. As a matter of fact, this isn't my first time on Sparkpeople. I originally joined last November and have gained 6 lbs since than. I have decided to go out of my comfort zone and commit to this fully by entering a Sparkpage, joining a group and posting my progress. We all know what to do to lose the weight, eat less, exercise more and stay away from processed food. I also believe you need a support group to help you in your journey. I can't seem to do this on my own, my hope is to make myself accountable for my actions and with the help of all of you - finally get on track to lose this weight once a for all!

My Goals:
I have reached my first short term goal which was to get to under 220 by the end of July. I am going to be ambitious and say by the end of August I want to be under 210.

My Program:
To follow the Sparkpeople program parameters for healthy levels of protein and carbs. To continue to drink my 8 glasses of water and make sure I am eating my fruit and veggies at every meal. This month I am going to add a new exercise along with my daily 2 mile walk and 30 minutes on the stationary bike.

Personal Information:
I am 46 years old and have three wonderful boys ages 17, 14 and 12.
