    Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your comments and the goodie! I really have kept up with that "goal"; to not try to get more points! I have found that you get a lot anyway just by keeping up with tracking your fitness and nutrition and TRYING to keep up with your Sparkfriends! I have narrowed the gap some, my fitness minutes are slowly catching up to my sparkpoints! You're right, it is not a bad vice and is fun, but I was just spending too much time, especially when I sometimes got the 10 points for 100 posts twice in one day!

    I haven't talked to you for a while - I hope your work schedule is a little easier for you now. I think we both dropped out of the Team we shared so I don't see your posts very often. We made our last trip to Memphis in the last week of July and only stayed for a week. I hear it has been hotter there than it is here in Florida! Stay cool and take care!

    Thanks for the goodie and the very nice comments.
    Sorry that I have been so poor at keeping up with you ( and my other Sparkfriends). I have been really busy with work, my club activities with Lions and the shooting club, and getting ready for a short vacation in a couple of weeks.
    I hope that by the middle of October things will settle down.
    I AM still making the time for workouts and I'm staying pretty much on track.
    I know you will get back on track soon too!!!! Just stay forcused on you goals and you will do it.
