I'm a chronic yo-yo dieter/exerciser. I typically keep it up for 8-10 months, then fall off the wagon for a few months and gain some back. Most recently I haven't watached my diet regularly or exercised regularly in more than a year and as I get older I'm concerned for my health. I'm committed to sticking with this forever and not getting caught up in "life"!!!

My Goals:
I'd like to eat healthier and build a regular exercise program...5x/week for now for weight loss with a goal of 3-4x/week for maintenance down the road.

My Program:
I'm eating healthy, cutting out addictive sugars/carbs and exercising 5x/week.
