I used to be a gardener, writer, scrapbooker, reader, baker and stamper. Now that I've gone back to school all I have time to do is study! Add that to being a mom and working part-time. Most days I don't know which end is up! But somehow I still have to make time-2b-fit. It's a challenge, but "No excuses!" Thanks to SP's help I've lost 50 pounds and I'm not going back!

Thank you for the encouragement. :) I had to include that part about not being embarrassed because in the past when I've tried to start an outdoor running program, I've found that I always feel so silly running down the street for 60 seconds then abruptly stopping, then starting back up again in another minute. I always figured anyone who's seeing me doing this is probably wondering, "what on earth?" But then, who the heck cares what everyone's wondering, right? :)
